It pays homage to heritage and promotes understanding by crafting beers inspired by local vibes and traditions. With a commitment to economic empowerment, Kasi Brew generates employment, supports local suppliers, and stimulates overall growth. The concept actively contributes to development while simultaneously preserving and innovating cultural practices through community engagement. Kasi Brewery's inclusive approach brings together diverse audiences, inspiring positive change and aspirations. This brewery concept embodies authenticity, inclusivity, and cultural celebration, serving as a catalyst for transformation and inspiration within townships.

Claire Skin Clinic is inspired by the notion of radiance, taking its name from the French term for "bright" or "clear." The clinic was introduced to us as a blank canvas, and our responsibility was to craft a space that fosters healing across physical, spiritual, and psychological well-being. This goal harmonizes seamlessly with our concept of brightness.
Staying faithful to the concept of brightness in the area, I chose to plan the space around the central area, dedicating it as a waiting zone for patients. This arrangement not only ensures a feeling of safety for patients but also promotes interaction among them, cultivating a sense of comfort and community. The intentional positioning of furniture, facing each other, was a deliberate design choice aimed at establishing a wholesome environment where patients can effortlessly engage in conversations and feel relaxed.

This home design is driven by the concept of tranquillity, aiming to establish a serene environment for Zarah and Sam. Considering Zarah's health condition, identified through client analysis, which limits her standing ability for extended periods, the house has been constructed to cater to her needs and ensure comfort. Support bars strategically placed throughout the house aid Zarah's mobility. In key areas like the kitchen, office, and bedroom, dedicated crutch stands have been incorporated.
An innovative feature is Zarah's ability to use her phone to open doors, with the option of manual operation if preferred. The room's lighting can also be controlled via her phone, minimizing the necessity for physical movement. The layout promotes gatherings and embraces an open-plan design, creating an inviting space for family and friends to gather for Sunday dinners and other special occasions.

Inspired by the coastal beauty and urban charm of Italy, this design seamlessly integrates traditional elements with a modern flair. The space captures the vibrant essence of urban Italy, celebrating timeless classics like coffee, gelato, and Vespa’s. Earthy tones, textured materials, and blue accents echo the coastal ambiance of Italy. Rather than merging, this design embraces the separation of three distinct zones in the restaurant.
We strategically created separate areas for dining, the café, and the outdoor space, assigning each its unique significance. This approach results in a cohesive yet functionally diverse environment, where the synthesis of old-world allure and modern design provides patrons with a distinctive setting to relish authentic Italian cuisine while immersed in the captivating spirit of a Mediterranean cityscape.
